I only recently started shopping here and the service is great orders come quick quality of goods great standard,today I went on live chat to get advice on returning an item and the chat host was very polite and issued refund no problem whilst I was online Definately top class customer service

Spoke with customer service department regarding an order. Luke apologised for a computer error and sorted out the issue and my order arrived within 72 hours.

Had an issue with a part missing from an Airhawk tyre pump. These guys have gone back and beyond to source the missing part. The communication from every one in the customer service team has been absolutely brilliant. Very well recommended.

We bought a happy napper for my daughters birthday but the zip was faulty on it so I contacted High Street TV about this. They were SO quick at responding and Cristina, one of the sales assistants then gave me her personal work email so I was only contacting one person about the problem. As soon as they were back in stock, we were back in contact and within a day of contacting again, the faulty one was picked up and the new one was redelivered. Absolutely amazing service and extremely friendly too!

I purchased the forms well hairdryer as after looking at other sites thought it was good value. Very pleased with the quality and the service was great. Would not hesitate in purchasing from High street tv again.

Bought startastic light and stopped working after 10 mins, kindly sent me another. Again stopped working. Customer service good, but product rubbish

Placed an order on 26/11, email from DpD to say they will deliver on Monday30th, Nothing arrived. High St tracking indicates parcel at Warrington, email querying progress gets no more than automated response. Via Trust pilot got contact from Luke at HSTV it appears parcel was sent out but disappeared, after several productive emails with Luke replacement should arrive Tuesday. Thanks Luke you may have restored my faith in HS TV.# Parcel arrived today- Saturday, two days earlier than predicted.

I ordered online and despite there being none in stock at the moment, they still charged me, while waiting for stock to come in. The stock was due to arrive on 3 Nov, but now its due on 13 Nov. Their customer service did not have the decency to call me to let me know, instead I had to call several times as the customer care were often unreachable....
